- Learning and product usage: coursework progress, lab submissions, assessments, mentor interactions, feature usage, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the platform.
- Communications: messages you send to support or through in-product channels.
- Billing (where applicable): billing contact details and transaction records processed by our payment providers—we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies or similar technologies used for security, session management, and analytics where enabled.

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and learning experience.

Where the Services expose candidate or Signal-style information to recruiters, we design flows to minimize unnecessary personal data exposure. Recruiters must use such information only for legitimate hiring purposes and in line with applicable law and any additional agreements with Tedlab, Inc..

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category and jurisdiction.
