Refunds & cancellations

Paid plans for Tedlab Academy are offered by Tedlab, Inc.. This policy describes how subscriptions, cohort fees, and related charges are handled.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically through our payment provider (Stripe or Paystack, depending on region) until you cancel from your billing portal or account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Refunds
Unless required by law or explicitly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable after a billing period begins. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within fourteen (14) days at info@tedlabacademy.com with your account email and invoice reference.
Hired-to-Pay
Deferred or outcome-aligned payment programs are governed by a separate approval flow and agreement. Availability varies by jurisdiction and is not offered in all regions.
Charge descriptors
Card charges may appear as TEDLAB ACADEMY or a similar descriptor associated with Tedlab, Inc..
