Joining Standups
Find scheduled standups, join the video room, and participate.
Standups connect you with mentors and cohort members in real-time.
Finding Sessions
From Dashboard (`/dashboard`), review upcoming standups for your cohort intake. Sessions are tied to your course and active season — you will not see other cohorts' rooms. You are auto-enrolled in your cohort standup series when payment or admin enrollment completes; future sessions appear without a manual join step.
Joining the Room
When the window opens, choose Join live to enter the Jitsi meeting at `/live/{sessionId}`. Prejoin/lobby is disabled—you enter the room directly when the session is live.
Participation
Use in-meeting chat and screen share inside Jitsi. Attendance is recorded when you join and feeds your Capability Signal (standup participation). For async cohort chat, open Messages (`/chat`) — your cohort unified channel is added automatically when you enroll.
Session Etiquette
Be present and engaged. Ask questions, share your screen when debugging, and support fellow learners.
