When something blocks your learning — sign-in trouble, billing, a broken lab, or a formal complaint — use the channels below. For program questions or partnerships, use the general inquiries inbox instead.
General inquiries
Email info@tedlabacademy.com for admissions, cohort questions, recruiter demos, mentoring interest, and partnerships. This is the best address when nothing is broken and you need information.
Support, issues & complaints
Email support@tedlabacademy.com for account access problems, billing or refund questions, technical bugs, and formal complaints. Include your account email and a short description of what you already tried.
Response time
We aim to respond within 6 hours on business days. Urgent billing or access issues should use the support inbox so they route to the right queue.

Prefer a structured request? Open Contact at `/contact` on the learner site — choose General inquiries or Support so your message lands in the correct inbox.
Self-service first
Check Account → Settings for password and notification preferences. For lab blockers, try Request Help in the workspace or your cohort chat before opening a ticket.
