Sometimes you need human help to move forward. Here's how to escalate effectively.
When to Escalate
If you've been stuck for more than 45 minutes without progress—or you hit repeated failed attempts—use Request Help in the lab workspace.
How to Escalate
Use the Request Help button in your lab workspace or send a message in the platform chat.
Providing Context
Describe what you've tried, what you expected, and what happened instead. Share code snippets if helpful.
Response Time
Mentors respond based on availability. During active session hours, responses are typically faster.
