Who can access
You need an active subscription or track entitlement for the course. Tedlab Academy staff and QA accounts bypass this server-side; regular learners see a clear message if billing is missing.
What stays available without payment
You can still browse course marketing pages, complete onboarding, and view syllabus structure. Labs and assessments require entitlement.
Fixing access issues
Open Billing (`/billing`) to confirm your subscription status. If you enrolled through a cohort or Hired-to-Pay program, contact support@tedlabacademy.com with your account email.
Course page behavior
On `/courses/{slug}`, checkpoint links and the capstone card appear only when you are enrolled and entitled. Otherwise you may see syllabus content without start buttons.
