Exam Dojo
Paginated MCQ interface for checkpoint and capstone question-bank exams.
Exam Dojo is the question-and-answer interface for checkpoint and capstone exams.
Starting an exam
Click Start checkpoint or Start mock exam on the assessment page. Capstone mock exams show a pre-start confirmation with the timed-session rules before your attempt begins. Exam Dojo loads after your attempt starts. The header shows dynamic metadata: question count, pass threshold, time budget, and (for checkpoints) the milestone window close time when configured.
Module checkpoint timer and pause
Module checkpoints track active test-taking time only. Use Pause test to step away — the timer freezes and your answers stay saved. Resume test continues where you left off. You cannot exceed the total active budget (for example 30 minutes for 20 questions), even across multiple pause sessions.
Capstone mock exam timer
Capstone mock exams use a strict wall-clock timer (150 minutes for 100 questions). There is no pause — the countdown runs continuously from start until you submit or time expires. You can exit and return while time remains; autosave keeps your answers. At deadline, answers auto-submit with any blanks scored as incorrect. You must confirm a pre-start checklist before the timer begins.
Autosave
Answers are saved automatically as you work. You can close the tab and return later while the attempt is still in progress and within the time/window limits.
Answering questions
Questions appear 10 per page. Use Previous and Next to move between pages. Select one choice for each multiple-choice item. Short-answer items (when present) use a text field.
Progress
The header shows how many questions you have answered and your progress percentage. Review unanswered items before submitting.
Submitting
Click Submit all answers when finished (all questions must be answered for manual submit). The system grades automatically and shows your score, correct count, and pass/fail against the threshold. Capstone exams also auto-submit when the wall-clock timer expires.
After submit
For module checkpoints, the next module unlocks when you submit — even if you did not pass. Use retries to improve your score. Portfolio and Signal Score updates still reward strong performance.
